Missed Appointments & Cancellations

If you are unable to keep to your scheduled appointment, please give us at least 24 hours notice to ensure that you will not be charged for the appointment.

If less than 24 hours notice is given, you will be charged 50% of the cost of the service you were booked in for.

If you fail to show for your appointment with no notice, you will be charged for the full amount of the missed appointment.
