I began my beauty career in 2002 with a small mobile beauty service that quickly became popular. Before long, I moved into a cozy room above a tanning centre, where I spent two years building a loyal client base — many of whom still visit me today.

In June 2005, I opened my first salon on London Road South. Over the next 15 years, I created a warm and welcoming space, employed a talented team of therapists, and built a reputation I’m proud of. As demand for our services grew, we expanded into a larger, modern location to keep offering the very best experience.

Today, I remain passionate about beauty, offering everything from nails, brows, and waxing to advanced treatments like Laser Hair Removal and Cryo Therapy.

Hi, I'm Aimée

Aimée began her career with Beauty Matters in 2007 at 17. After gaining valuable experience working at Champneys in London, she returned to Lowestoft and rejoined our team, where she continues to thrive.

Aimée offers the full range of beauty treatments and is especially known for her precise HD brows and incredible nail work. She specialises in natural bio sculpture nails and extensions, creating flawless, long-lasting results. Aimée is also highly skilled in waxing, delivering a smooth and comfortable experience for clients.

Her dedication, expertise, and passion make her a much-loved member of the Beauty Matters team.

Hi, I'm Abbey

Abbey joined Beauty Matters in 2013 after gaining valuable experience at Gunton Hall Spa, and she has been a key member of the team ever since.

Her bright, bubbly personality is felt throughout the salon, creating a welcoming and uplifting atmosphere for everyone. Over the years, Abbey has built a strong and loyal client base, with many clients staying with her from the very beginning. Skilled in all beauty treatments, Abbey’s true passion is nails, and she is often sought out for her expert colour and glitter recommendations.

She also offers body piercing and deep tissue massage, ensuring her clients leave feeling relaxed, pampered, and cared for.

Zoe has been part of the Beauty Matters team since 2019, bringing warmth and expertise to every appointment.

She provides our full range of beauty services but especially loves spa treatments, including facials, skin peels, and massage. Zoe’s gentle, calming approach helps every client feel at ease, creating a relaxing experience from start to finish. Passionate about skin health and wellbeing, she tailors treatments to suit each individual’s needs and is always happy to offer expert recommendations.

Farra is the youngest member of our team, starting with us in 2018 as a Saturday girl at just 13 years old.

Her passion for beauty quickly grew, and in June 2023 she trained as a nail technician — and she’s been excelling ever since! Farra is known for her incredible artistic talent, wowing clients with her creative nail art designs and flawless acrylics.

Her attention to detail and dedication make her a favourite among our clients. Whether you’re after bold, bespoke nail art or a calm, relaxing pedicure, Farra is the perfect choice to make you feel pampered.

Hi, I'm Sky

Sky first joined our salon during high school to complete her work experience, and she immediately impressed us with her dedication and positive attitude.

It wasn’t long before we invited her to officially join our team. Although beauty isn’t her chosen long-term career path, Sky has continued to support us while pursuing her studies at college, contributing countless hours to our salon.

Her warmnature makes her a favorite among clients. Sky is known for greeting everyone with a genuine smile, friendly conversation, and of course a perfectly made cup of tea!

Amy became part of Beauty Matters in 2022 and has become known for her exceptional talent and passion for lashes. Specialising in volume lashes and lash lifts, she delivers flawless results that keep clients coming back for more.

Her precision and dedication ensure every set of lashes is beautifully crafted and perfectly suited to each individual. Beyond her lash expertise, Amy is also highly praised for her massage skills, earning glowing feedback from clients who appreciate her relaxing and attentive approach.

Becca joined our salon family in 2022 as a salon host, and we honestly couldn’t run things the way we do without her.

She’s the glue that keeps everything on track, always ready to jump in, whether it’s wrapping clients’ nails, applying a tint, or making the perfect cuppa to brighten our day.

Her warm, friendly presence makes everyone feel welcome the moment they walk in. In January 2025, Becca trained in Japanese head spa treatments, introducing an incredible new experience to our salon. This luxurious, relaxing service has quickly become a favorite for both our female and male clients alike.
